Privacy notice
How we use the information you send us. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Who we are
Care Bid Consultants is a partnership between Nicholas Olanrewaju and Cristina Roldán. This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form or email us, we hold your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your organisation, the care setting and whatever you tell us or send us about the tender you are considering, including any documents you attach.
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to run the service.
We also record which page or campaign link brought you to the site, to understand which of our posts are useful. This is not used to identify you.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, tell you whether a tender is worth pursuing and, if you ask us to, arrange a scoping call and prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, once you engage us, the contract between us.
Who sees it
Only the two partners. Form submissions are received by Netlify, our website host, and sent to our Google Workspace email. We do not sell, share or pass your details to anyone else, and we never reuse one client's documents for another.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months, including any documents attached to them. Where you engage us, we keep the engagement letter and invoices for six years after the work ends, as HMRC requires, and delete the tender documents and drafts at the end of the retention period agreed in your engagement letter.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@carebidconsultants.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
