Sizing a “from” price
We confirm the exact fee after a short scoping call, using the same six facts every time.
Won council work? We help you pass its monitoring visits and keep the contract. Visit preparation with a rehearsal, KPI and monitoring returns, self-assessment against the council's provider quality framework, and the improvement plan after a poor visit. Priced after a short call.
Paying and questions
Yes. We scope the tender first, then send a fixed fee in writing. That is the price you pay, however long the work takes us. There is no hourly billing.
Yes. Your first full tender with us is £850 for up to 8 quality answers, so you can see how we work before paying the full rate. Larger tenders get the same £650 off. From your second tender, prices start at £1,500, agreed in writing after a short scoping call.
Tenders vary. A “from” price is the starting point for the size described; we confirm the exact fee after a short scoping call, using the number of questions, the word limits, the number of lots, whether your policies are current, any presentation stage and the time left before the deadline.
A 50% deposit before work starts, and the balance on delivery. No work starts until the deposit is paid.
